Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operating relationship with each payor partner as the primary point of contact
• Lead cross-functional program delivery across clinical, commercial, engineering, and operations
• Apply a disciplined project management approach to define project plans, milestones, and operating cadences
• Define and own program KPIs including enrollment, implementation milestones, and quality measures
• Build a repeatable payor operating model and playbook for launches and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years in program management, payor or provider operations, or healthcare strategy
• Proven success managing complex, high-stakes client or partner relationships
• Strong program and project management skills across multiple teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets and BI tools
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Advanced degree
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm
• Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or Medicare Advantage
