Responsibilities

• Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Set sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs while monitoring performance
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to leadership
• Implement structured pipeline management practices to ensure forecasting accuracy
• Represent the company at various industry events

Requirements

• Substantial leadership experience in B2B Sales and Marketing
• Previous experience in sales team leadership and sales operations
• Proficiency in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management
• Experience scaling sales organizations and entering new markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
• International or multi-region sales leadership experience
• Fluency in English
