Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and closing top global talent
• Run test projects, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end candidate experience
• Optimize sourcing channels and build "always hiring" shortlists for high-leverage roles
• Manage employer brand and monitor Glassdoor reviews
• Design and implement scalable people systems for onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Establish performance expectations, evaluation frameworks, and development pathways
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and capacity planning
• Provide data-driven workforce insights and reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Proven ability to build scalable systems for talent attraction and retention
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using data to drive decisions and measure success
