Director, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across multiple divisions
• Design and implement executive reporting processes for project portfolios and resource allocation
• Lead and manage cross-divisional projects from initiation through closure
• Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Interface with division leaders, stakeholders, and C-suite executives
• Coordinate cross-functional work teams and manage interdependencies
• Create and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, and risk registers
• Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks to scope, schedule, and budget
• Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation decisions
• Measure and track key project success metrics and KPIs
• Mentor and provide guidance to project managers across divisions
• Manage project budgets to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in project management roles
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or related industries
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Experience managing projects across multiple business units
