About the Company

Dianthus is developing potentially best in class therapies for patients living with severe autoimmune diseases. Their lead antibody, claseprubart (DNTH103), is engineered for extended half-life and high selectivity, while their second candidate, DNTH212, targets Type 1 IFN suppression and B cell modulation.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong partnership with scientific leadership to shape overall strategy, objectives, and work plans
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans including Gantt charts, budgets, and resource allocation
• Drive cross-functional communication and effective decision-making through meeting management best practices
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and resource bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans
• Lead the building of detailed program budgets in collaboration with scientific staff and finance
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations to distill complex issues for strategic planning
• Support the standardization of processes to build efficiencies within R&D teams
• Seek opportunities for organizational improvement regarding team structure and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 9+ years of Program Management experience in biomedical or Biopharma industry
• 8+ years of experience in clinical development and candidate selection (Phase 1–3 trials, assay validation, IND/BLA filing)
• 3+ years of experience with MS Project, Smart Sheets, MS Excel, Egnyte, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) in Life Sciences
• Experience with Biologics or Antibody therapy
• PMP® certification
• Understanding of US FDA, EU EMA regulations, and ICH guidelines for biologic therapy products
