eCommerce & Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site updates including messaging swaps, asset changes, and content refreshes within the CMS
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Creative teams to align onsite execution with campaign messaging
• Own the launch of Holiday campaigns, ensuring on-time and accurate site transitions
• Manage site merchandising, including updating prices and inventory allocations in Shopify
• Configure new products and ensure accurate data across the technical stack (CMS, Shopify, and Recharge)
• Configure and QA A/B tests within the CMS platform in partnership with the Digital Product team
• Run weekly SEO and monthly Accessibility reports and document issues for engineering

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce experience
• High level of fluency with the Shopify platform
• Experience managing promotional calendars and onsite campaign execution
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
• Proven ability to navigate complex systems and problem-solve independently
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Headless eCommerce and working with various Content Management Systems (CMS)
