Responsibilities

• Publish courses using the Simon eLearning authoring tool
• Support course production using Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
• Organize files and assets across multiple projects and teams
• Partner with publishers by providing training for course creation
• Perform copy-editing, video reviews, and write course content including descriptions and learning objectives
• Identify and implement process optimizations using AI and automation
