Responsibilities

• Establish and manage your own independent electrical business as a founding partner
• Execute electrical installations for solar systems, heat pumps, and related energy technology
• Manage your own business operations while utilizing Enpal's secured order volume

Requirements

• Master craftsman title (Elektromeister) in electrical engineering or nearing completion
• Specialization in energy and building technology, PV, or heat pumps
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a company
• Willingness to take on business responsibility
