Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle email campaigns across the customer journey
• Write compelling, story-driven email copy that builds trust and drives action
• Build and optimize audience segments for personalized messaging
• Launch promotions across multiple product lines
• Create nurture sequences, onboarding flows, win-back campaigns, and retention strategies
• Continuously test, analyze, and improve email performance

Requirements

• Proven experience owning lifecycle email marketing
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and email automation
• Experience increasing engagement, retention, and revenue through email
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization
