Responsibilities

• Develop CRM and email communications across the entire user journey, from registration to retention and reactivation.
• Create and launch email, push, and in-app communications to drive user value and key actions.
• Manage onboarding, retention, reactivation, and win-back flows based on user behavior and data.
• Launch CRM initiatives to impact conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn, and revenue.
• Develop segmentation and personalization, moving from mass mailings to behavioral and event-driven scenarios.
• Plan and conduct A/B tests, forming hypotheses and scaling successful solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Growth teams to improve CRM processes and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or retention within product or SaaS companies.
• Practical experience launching onboarding, lifecycle, and win-back flows.
• Proven track record of impacting activation, conversion, or revenue through CRM.
• Ability to analyze funnels, segments, and user behavior data.
• Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis formation.
• Understanding of activation and monetization mechanics in subscription or usage-based products.
• Experience managing large user bases (100k+ MAU).
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, automation, and trigger scenarios.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and growth teams.
