Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contact for Emirati employees, supporting development and signposting queries to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement training and development opportunities for Emirati employees.
  • Support the communication and promotion of initiatives, opportunities, and programmes for the Emirati employee population.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from Emirati employees to improve their overall experience and support needs.
  • Stay informed on national talent development priorities and best practices related to Emirati workforce engagement.
  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programmes for Emirati employees.
  • Support collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Development
  • Hybrid working

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or graduate roles)
