Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students to provide clarity on ReUp Coaching Services
• Engage with students to determine return-to-school options, priorities, and timelines
• Collaborate with ReUp staff and university administrators regarding programmatic and financial options
• Introduce Success Coaches to students and clarify their roles
• Support Success Coaches by managing email and text messaging
• Manage a high volume of phone calls to assess student interest and goals
• Utilize technology and data analytics to identify students in need of support
• Document student progress within the CRM system

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• At least one year of student or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely in a private, quiet workspace
• Flexible scheduling availability to accommodate multiple time zones
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education, call centers, or startup environments
