Engineering Manager, Collection

Responsibilities

• Grow and mentor a high-performing team of engineers
• Define the roadmap and technical vision for data access and collection capabilities
• Design and build scalable, reliable data-intensive applications for collecting and warehousing publicly available information
• Own and enhance a managed attribution browser for internal and external customer workflows
• Partner with Product, Mission, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to deliver foundational capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams
• Significant engineering experience in networking, web scraping, browser automation, or distributed systems
• Experience with managed attribution, operational security, or anti-bot technology
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and make sound technical tradeoffs
• Must hold an Active US security clearance
