Engineering Team Lead/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own predictable, on-time delivery within the team, balancing speed, quality, and sustainability
• Track delivery progress, manage end-to-end initiatives, and address risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Partner with Head of Stream, Tech Lead, and Product Managers to align priorities and technical standards
• Continuously improve team delivery processes and ensure compliance with operational standards
• Manage team members through 1:1s, performance cycles, and professional development plans
• Optimize team capacity, workload distribution, and on-call rotations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering delivery management and people leadership
• Experience managing a software development team in a product or platform environment
• Practical project and delivery management expertise
• Understanding of team-level resource planning and capacity management
• Familiarity with engineering practices, CI/CD, and quality assurance processes
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
• Ukrainian or Russian language proficiency at B2 level
