Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined territory in the MEA region, focusing on large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees) across BFSI and Public Sector.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers in both business and IT, driving meaningful conversations and long-term value.
  • Develop and execute strategic Account Plans that align with customer goals and Camunda’s growth targets.
  • Generate new pipeline through outbound campaigns, ecosystem partners, and creative prospecting; focus both on hunting and closing.
  • Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles using proven methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the UAE, with a consistent track record of overachieving quota.
  • Experience selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees), particularly in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Public Sector.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex buying centers, influencing both IT and business stakeholders at the C-level.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
  • Comfortable building new pipeline from scratch; requires initiative, grit, and ownership.
  • Native in Arabic and fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Camunda’s product or process automation platforms.
  • Experience working in a product-led or open-source software company.
  • Passion for process improvement, automation, and helping customers modernize legacy systems.
  • Ability and willingness to use Camunda’s product for demos or learning.

  • Annual total cash (base salary + 100% variable):
    • US: $184,600 to $276,900
    • Germany: €122,800 to €184,100
    • UK: £119,600 to £179,400
    • Singapore: S$229,300 to S$343,900
  • Equity available through Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
