Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers as their primary post-sale contact
- Ensure successful onboarding by managing implementation timelines, training, and adoption strategies
- Drive product adoption by understanding customer goals and aligning product capabilities with business objectives
- Advocate for customers internally, partner with Product, Support, and Sales to resolve issues and influence roadmap
- Own the customer renewal process, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
- Monitor and analyze key customer health metrics, taking action on risks and improvements
- Conduct regular strategic reviews, provide usage insights, demonstrate ROI, and align on customers' future goals
- Deliver customer training sessions and enablement resources
- Build multi-threaded relationships across the customer’s organization
- Track and improve leading indicators of customer relationship health (usage, engagement, NPS, satisfaction)
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B customer-facing role (preferably Customer Success or Account Management)
- Strong knowledge of Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management
- Proven ability driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with ChurnZero or similar Customer Success platforms
- Experience in subscription renewal management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to build/manage high-level customer relationships
- Willingness to understand technical product details
- Comfortable with high-stakes, multi-stakeholder conversations
