ESC Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the electrical subject matter expert for residential solar operations
• Lead the Electrical Service Center (ESC) Quality Control team
• Review residential solar projects for electrical accuracy, code compliance, and installation readiness
• Identify electrical concerns before projects reach the field
• Provide technical guidance to field electricians, installers, and project managers
• Assist field teams with complex electrical troubleshooting during installation
• Diagnose and resolve post-installation electrical issues
• Establish and maintain electrical quality standards and procedures
• Mentor and coach the ESC Quality Control team

Requirements

• Current Master Electrician license required
• Extensive residential electrical experience
• Strong understanding of residential solar systems and installation practices
• Expert knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience troubleshooting residential electrical systems
• Strong understanding of load calculations, service upgrades, and interconnections
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential solar installation experience
• NABCEP certification
• Experience supporting multi-state operations
• Previous experience leading remote technical or quality teams
