Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Director in delivering the event strategy and operational plan
• Develop and maintain event dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
• Lead project planning, tracking, and coordination across key event workstreams
• Manage relationships with government entities, partners, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate event licensing, permits, and compliance requirements
• Identify and mitigate project and event risks
• Manage event meetings, action logs, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with event objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management, exhibitions, or large-scale conferences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with government entities and senior stakeholders
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations
• Commercially aware with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
