Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Organize priorities, track follow-ups, and support day-to-day administrative workflows
- Support internal and external communication on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Prepare documentation, take meeting notes, and track action items
- Help leadership stay organized, focused, and efficient in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting leadership in startup or high-growth environments
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones
- Strong communication skills with excellent follow-through
