Responsibilities

  • Support founders by managing daily workflows, tasks, follow-ups, and priorities
  • Utilize AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Notion, and Zapier to optimize tasks
  • Conduct legal research on regulations and summarize compliance topics
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks including tracking invoices, expenses, and receipts
  • Oversee recruitment processes such as posting jobs, screening candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Handle administrative operations, document organization, and system updates
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting agendas, and professional communications
  • Perform market, tool, vendor, and competitor research as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent professional written and spoken English
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Notion AI
  • Experience with automation and workflow platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make
  • Expertise in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar)
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
  • Ability to research legal/compliance topics and summarize findings clearly
  • Proactive, high-ownership mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment
