Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to divisional leadership, including complex calendar management across global time zones
  • Prepare and coordinate materials, briefings, and presentations for meetings with government, philanthropic, and multilateral partners
  • Manage regional travel logistics, events, and multi-stakeholder convenings in the GCC and beyond
  • Track deliverables, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate with global operations, finance, and partnerships on contracts, invoicing, and administrative processes
  • Maintain organized systems for documentation, research, and reporting
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between Abu Dhabi-based principals and distributed teams, representing the division with discretion and professionalism

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
