Expense Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects by obtaining required documentation and data for expense analyses
• Review submitted customer data for completeness, accuracy, and validation
• Perform detailed quality reviews of completed analyses, verifying calculations and documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within Salesforce
• Partner with Expense Advisors and Sales Support to ensure efficient analysis production
• Monitor project progress and proactively address outstanding requests or delays

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, healthcare administration, or procurement
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare organizations or senior living providers
• Familiarity with expense management, procurement, purchasing, or financial analysis
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
