Expense Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and analytical workflows for complex vendor deals
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for existing clients to identify growth opportunities and retention risks
• Provide data-driven support for RFPs, bids, vendor negotiations, and internal pricing analysis
• Prepare, clean, and organize customer spend data and utilization reports
• Identify gaps where customers are not maximizing programs or contracts
• Manage project coordination, documentation, and customer follow-up activities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
• Proficiency in data organization, spend analysis, and reporting tools like Excel
• Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in client-facing roles with a proactive, service-first mindset
