f Right-Hand CEO (French Fluent)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and CEO initiatives such as international partnerships, sponsorship setups, acquisition channel tests, and deal negotiations
• Drive rapid experiments and global launches, including MVP tests and new product initiatives with high autonomy
• Contribute to company strategy and business intelligence, including market research, KPI tracking, dashboards, and M&A scouting
• Turn Paradox into a systematic growth machine by designing workflows, implementing automation, and optimizing processes (Airtable, Notion, AI-powered dashboards)
• Serve as the internal AI evangelist: championing new AI tools, training teams, benchmarking integrations, and keeping the company ahead on AI innovations

Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English (ideally bilingual in both)
• Experience building or scaling startups, ops teams, or growth engines
• Graduate from a top-tier business or engineering school (e.g., HEC, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Stanford)
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic problem-solver, ownership mindset
• Analytical, autonomous, fast, strong structuring and automation ability
• Demonstrated interest and expertise in AI and emerging productivity tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive and influential skillset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working directly with C-level executives
• Experience in tech-driven and/or edtech environments
• Track record in international business development and operations
• Demonstrated AI-native or advanced AI workflow building
