Feed Integrations Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds
• Own maintenance and improvement of existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience with healthcare data (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files)
• Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP and encryption standards (e.g., PGP)
• Experience with file transformation and mapping
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and external partner collaboration
