Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled training sessions and seminars focused on technical and soft skills
• Collaborate on real-world projects applying theoretical knowledge
• Support the Building Management System (BMS) Technical Support team
• Assist in preparing technical reports, service summaries, and customer documentation
• Track and maintain records of technical support cases and customer issues
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analyze recurring technical issues and identify trends or root causes
• Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives through automation

Requirements

• Junior or Sophomore student in Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization concepts preferred
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage
• Interest in Building Management Systems (BMS) or IoT
