Finance Leader, AIS Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Budget/OP material variance, standard cost, and standard-to-standard planning processes
• Design and maintain the performance management framework for AIS Sourcing, including KPIs and supplier productivity scorecards
• Partner with Product and Indirect Sourcing leaders to develop plans for deflation, inflation mitigation, and working capital targets
• Provide financial leadership for strategic sourcing and cost transformation programs
• Develop robust forecasting models for quarterly estimates, annual operating plans, and long-range plans
• Prepare and present quarterly financial results and sourcing analytics to senior leadership
• Drive inflation management by quantifying supplier cost headwinds and tailwinds
• Perform sourcing contract reviews and Last Time Buy (LTB) analyses
• Assume a lead role in quarterly close and estimate processes
• Develop domain expertise in Oracle purchasing, inventory, and standard costing modules
• Support enterprise finance systems and reporting improvements
• Provide leadership, coaching, and prioritization to direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• 10+ years of progressive financial work experience
• Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or material cost finance in a global organization
• Proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, or EPM
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and root-cause problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Controllership experience with understanding of SOX, GAAP, and financial compliance
• Experience building procurement performance dashboards or commodity exposure models
• Expertise in Oracle purchasing, inventory, and transfer price modules
• Training or certification in LEAN or Six Sigma
• Experience leading and developing finance analysts
