Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS
• Own the IFRS technical agenda and manage intercompany eliminations and transfer pricing documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors across all entities and jurisdictions
• Coordinate audit timelines, files, and track management letter recommendations
• Oversee tax filings across operating jurisdictions including UAE, India, and China/Hong Kong
• Prepare regulatory returns for authorities such as DMCC, FSRA, and RBI
• Maintain CDD/KYC documentation and support UBO and economic substance filings
• Provide management reporting support and cover for management accounting activities during peak periods

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA
• 5+ years of experience in external reporting, audit, or within a Big-4/mid-tier audit firm
• Deep working knowledge of IFRS with the ability to prepare technical workings independently
• End-to-end experience managing external audit processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly finance modules for statutory close and consolidation

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• Multi-jurisdictional tax experience
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory environments
