Finance Manager – Management Accounting

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts across all group entities
• Lead monthly variance reviews and plan-vs-actual analysis with budget holders
• Manage daily financial controls, including invoice reviews and cost centre allocation
• Lead the Finance stream of the ERP implementation project and deliver user training
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with analytical commentary
• Maintain dashboards for senior management and support ad hoc modelling
• Provide cover for external reporting, statutory accounts, and audit activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
• 5+ years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in management accounting or FP&A
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Solid understanding of IFRS principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• Experience with ERP implementation projects
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
