Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year program and project budgets for personnel and non-personnel resources
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including PEO Chief, IT Operations, and Comptroller teams
• Provide oversight of major IT modernization programs managed by MILDEPs and DFAS
• Develop key metrics for tracking and forecasting budget planning and execution
• Utilize Excel for data entry, analysis, reporting, and pivot tables
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial deep dives to ensure stewardship
• Lead financial meetings and manage procurement requests
• Assist with Power BI interface design and develop PowerPoint reports for executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in a financial analyst role
• Active Secret Clearance
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex financial functions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive briefing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing financial dashboards in Excel
• Experience in acquisitions and finance for large DoW programs
• Experience developing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CFE, CIA, CMA, CGMA, or EA
