Financial Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize partner funds flows and operational controls for the BaaS ecosystem
• Design reconciliation processes to minimize manual intervention through automation
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex financial and operational issues
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design automation, reporting, and scalable solutions
• Analyze operational and financial data using SQL and business intelligence tools
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and external partners
• Develop business requirements, SOPs, and process documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, treasury, or financial operations
• Strong understanding of payment systems (ACH, FedNow, Fedwire, RTP, card networks)
• Experience designing reconciliation processes and financial control frameworks
• Experience supporting SOX controls, internal controls, or regulatory audits
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data platforms like Databricks
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, APIs, or workflow automation
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• Experience leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency
