Job Description

Responsibilities

Enterprise Integration & Data Infrastructure:

  • Design and build scalable backend services and contract processing pipelines in Python (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Integrate with enterprise procurement ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, GEP, GraphQL/REST APIs, SFTP, event buses like Kafka/Pulsar)
  • Model, transform, and index multi-modal, multi-terabyte procurement datasets

AI-Powered Negotiation Systems:

  • Develop enterprise-level autonomous negotiation AI systems with specialists
  • Build pipelines for contract intelligence, vendor benchmarking, analytics
  • Create real-time integrations for negotiation agents and dashboards

Full-Stack Enterprise Solutions:

  • End-to-end feature delivery: architecture, CI/CD, infra-as-code (Terraform), rollout, user training
  • Build enterprise-grade security, compliance, audit capabilities
  • Contribute across stack, including frontends and AI evaluation pipelines

Customer Collaboration:

  • Directly collaborate with procurement executives and operators
  • Run sessions from whiteboarding requirements to weekly demos
  • Occasionally work onsite with enterprise teams to understand workflows
  • Champion observability and reliability (OpenTelemetry, SLIs/SLOs, automated incident response)

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional software engineering in enterprise B2B
  • Python fluency; TypeScript/JavaScript capability
  • Experience with data-intensive systems in AWS/GCP/Azure (batch & streaming)
  • Deep knowledge of relational, columnar, KV/graph databases
  • Enterprise integration: authentication, SSO, ERPs, message queues, ETL tools (esp. procurement/finance domains)
  • Solution architecture from ambiguous spec to production in weeks
  • Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise security, compliance, audit
  • Comfortable working directly with F500 procurement teams, gathering/understanding business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LLM-powered services (OpenAI, RAG, vector stores, etc.)
  • Strategic procurement and contract negotiation domain knowledge
  • Experience in document parsing and analysis
  • Multi-agent systems and autonomous AI system understanding
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise architecture and integration
  • Background in building analytics and reporting for executive decision making
