Forward Deployed Engineering Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles, specifically focusing on Forward Deployed Engineering roles like solutions engineers and deployment strategists
• Partner closely with engineering and revenue leadership to understand technical requirements and calibrate on candidate signals
• Design and execute thoughtful search strategies, including market mapping, proactive outreach, and interview design
• Manage multiple complex, high-impact searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
• Act as a brand ambassador for ElevenLabs, guiding rare technical talent through a rigorous and empathetic hiring process
• Continuously iterate on recruiting processes, tooling, and data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, specifically hiring top-tier talent in competitive markets
• Proven expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing
• Ability to translate complex technical and business needs into compelling candidate narratives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders
• Experience operating effectively in fast-paced, remote-first environments across global time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting globally across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA regions
• Background working in high-growth startups or AI-native companies
• A builder’s mindset with a track ability to experiment, learn quickly, and refine recruiting playbooks
