Founding Product Manager, Employer Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the 0→1 product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Employer vertical
• Translate employer and broker domain knowledge into a concrete product plan
• Build direct relationships with employer benefits teams and advisors to drive the roadmap

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership
• 5+ years building for the direct-to-employer or broker market
• Deep understanding of plan design, self-insurance, and healthcare ecosystem dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building care navigation or direct contracting solutions
• Proficiency with claims and eligibility data
