Founding Product Manager, Life Sciences Workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the 0→1 product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Life Sciences vertical
• Partner with the GM/SME to translate market access and contracting knowledge into a sequenced product plan
• Develop domain expertise in manufacturer economics including chargebacks, rebates, and gross-to-net
• Drive early-stage concepts through iteration and validation with real customers
• Turn pricing and contract data assets into products in partnership with Engineering and Data
• Build direct relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device customers

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership
• 5+ years in health technology with understanding of healthcare data and payments
• 3+ years working with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers
• Proven ability to ship high-complexity, 0→1 solutions in startup environments
• Subject-matter credibility in manufacturer contracting and economics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building EHR or data integration products
• Pharmaceutical or medical device contract management and modeling experience
• Hands-on background with healthcare claims, chargeback, EHR data, or formulary data
