Our self-serve platform equips Airbnb hosts and property managers with smart, competitive insights, while providing enterprise clients with custom reports and in-depth dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the external face of Adapt on conference stages, podcasts, webinars, and LinkedIn
• Articulate the competitive narrative and how Adapt differs from competitors
• Lead customer operations, including onboarding playbooks and customer success motions
• Design and run structured feedback loops between customers and product/data science teams
• Hire and build the customer success and onboarding team
• Collaborate with the Chief Economist and Marketing to create industry-leading content

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience pricing short-term rental (STR) inventory
• Deep understanding of the STR competitive landscape
• Strong public presence or desire to build one within the STR community
• Clear point of view on autonomous pricing vs. recommendation tools
• Player-coach mentality with the ability to handle demos and support tickets
• Proficiency using AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) to accelerate workflows
• Ability to travel 5–10 industry conferences per year
