Job description

Responsibilities

  • Produce site-level financials including monthly P&Ls, baseline analyses, and gross margin analyses
  • Track granular economic factors and communicate impacts on forecasts and margins
  • Maintain detailed financial analyses and standard reporting packages
  • Analyze customer revenue and COGS to optimize growth and margin opportunities
  • Collaborate with IT to automate process flows and improve data reporting tools
  • Develop data-driven business cases for growth and efficiency initiatives
  • Build financial and operational metrics and dashboards
  • Support month-end close, ERP integration, and board/investor materials

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant financial analyst experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Healthcare
  • Exceptional Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and distill them into action plans
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or Pharmacy industry experience
  • Experience as an auditor in the healthcare or pharmacy space
