Franchise Services Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile revenue transactions from CRM software
• Reconcile automated customer payments to bank deposits
• Assist franchise clients with customer account discrepancies
• Manage accounts payable data entry and vendor payments
• Perform general ledger journal entries including payroll and depreciation
• Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with monthly financial reporting packages

Requirements

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's in accounting or finance preferred)
• 3+ years of multi-client bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
