Freelance Reporting Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual systems for annual and regulatory reports
• Translate complex business narratives into engaging visual stories
• Design high-quality report pages, infographics, and data visualisations
• Present creative thinking and design rationale to clients and senior stakeholders
• Partner with Client Services, Design Directors, Consultants, and Production teams
• Contribute creative ideas throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience working on large annual reports, ESG reports, or complex corporate communications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and editorial design
• Ability to simplify complex information into engaging layouts and infographics
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience working within brand guidelines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• For Senior roles: Strong client-facing experience and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• For Senior roles: Strategic mindset balancing creativity, commercial objectives, and regulatory considerations
