Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ship products from 0 to 1 and iterate based on user feedback and usage data
• Own the quality pipeline, including type safety, linting, unit/component tests, and visual regression
• Implement automated checks to prevent regressions and ensure CI stability
• Work end-to-end across frontend UI, API contracts, and observability
• Operate autonomously in an open-source codebase

Requirements

• Proven track record of launching and iterating on real products
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern frontend landscapes including SSR, streaming, and server components
• Experience with testing and CI tools such as Vitest, Playwright, or MSW
• Comfort working with and reviewing code produced by AI coding agents
• Strong autonomy and asynchronous communication skills
