Sweed is a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. Our enterprise-grade platform combines POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management into a single, seamless solution.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product discussions, planning, and technical design
• Build and evolve integration flows between admin and client-facing applications
• Refactor legacy code and improve architecture incrementally
• Contribute to shared UI/core libraries and drive the evolution of the public UI component library
• Use AI tools effectively for coding, reviews, and documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of frontend experience in a product company
• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals
• Proficiency with async data layers like TanStack Query
• Solid testing habits including unit and E2E testing
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing custom agents or MCP integrations
• OpenAPI-driven codegen experience
• Experience working in large legacy codebases under refactor
