Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead generation, discovery, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline by identifying contractors and trades professionals via Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and local directories.
  • Execute high-activity outbound outreach, including multi-touch email sequences and 15 to 30 cold calls per day.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect pain points regarding reputation management and follow-up processes.
  • Demonstrate product value, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and secure signed contracts.
  • Perform warm handoffs to the Customer Success team after successful closes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals independently.
  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel.
  • Strong outbound sales skills, including expertise in cold calling, list building, and contact research.
  • Clear American accent to ensure effective communication with US-based trades business owners.
  • Highly self-motivated and resilient with the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling specifically into the trades, construction, or home services industries.
  • Existing professional network of contractors or trades business owners.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Basic understanding of online reputation management and review systems.
