Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) reviewer interface, including high-resolution document displays and field confidence indicators.
• Build and maintain real-time AgentOps dashboards to track STP rates, token consumption, and latency metrics using Azure Monitor data.
• Establish secure communication between AI core services and banking applications via backend APIs.
• Develop internal tooling such as the Prompt Management System (PMS) UI and ground-truth annotation interfaces.
• Ensure web interfaces meet institutional accessibility standards and optimize performance for low-bandwidth environments.
• Maintain a unified AWA component library and design system across all platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience focused on enterprise web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Mastery of asynchronous data flows and state management using Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
• Experience building interactive dashboards with Recharts or D3.js.
• Competency in implementing WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE) for live data synchronization.
• Ability to design and consume REST APIs and BFF layers using Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Express).
• Hands-on experience with OAuth2, OIDC, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (specifically Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with React Native or native iOS/Android development.
• Experience developing complex overlay layers and bounding-box annotations on high-resolution scans.
• Knowledge of Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Front Door, and CDNs.
• Understanding of rendering live LLM token streams in chat interfaces.
• Conceptual understanding of machine learning metrics and probability distributions.
