Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product teams to transform business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Lead development of web applications using React.js, Next.js, and integrate with secure, scalable APIs
• Build and maintain API Gateway layers (rate-limiting, token management, request validation)
• Architect backend services using .NET Core; work with Docker/Kubernetes
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure or Google Cloud Platform); certifications are a plus
• Optimize materialized views, indexing, and database performance (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, etc.)
• Collaborate with data teams to enable ETL pipelines, real-time data streaming, analytics-ready schemas
• Integrate LLM models and generative AI into products
• Review and groom user stories with Scrum leads, and challenge assumptions to improve outcomes
• Align with design language systems (DLS) and build frontends from Figma
• Apply TailwindCSS and modern UI/UX patterns for a responsive, accessible experience
• Implement authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, secure storage, encryption)
• Drive automated QA with tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
• Own deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Cloud Build)
• Monitor applications post-deployment and lead iterations using feedback, analytics, telemetry
• Contribute to evolving tech stack, tooling, engineering culture

Requirements

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional, agile environments
• Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented in quality, security, and performance
• 5+ years experience in full-stack development and web application delivery
• Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET WebAPI, React, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep understanding of Next.js, TailwindCSS, HTML/CSS, responsive UI design
• Advanced experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Proven experience with ETL pipelines, data modeling, indexing, query optimization
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt design, and model orchestration
• Hands-on with DevSecOps tools and cloud deployment workflows
• Familiar with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, automated CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma
• Cloud experience (Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform). Certification preferred (GCP Professional Developer)
