Futures Product Operations

Responsibilities

• Translate quarterly strategies into rigorous Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), defining core parameters like position limits and rebate structures
• Monitor top-tier competitors to analyze underlying logic for new features and convert insights into internal product iterations
• Collaborate with risk experts to define backend configurations for liquidation triggers, slippage coefficients, and funding rate limits
• Represent the business side during Product Requirement Document (PRD) reviews to audit logic from a trader's perspective
• Conduct "Black-box" User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new systems, including extreme volatility scenarios, with veto power over launches
• Extract core value propositions for marketing teams and audit all public announcements to ensure professional terminology accuracy
• Establish a support Knowledge Base by authoring technical white papers and FAQs for complex concepts like ADL and Unrealized PnL

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Trading PM, or Risk Operations within a CEX or DEX environment
• Direct live trading experience is mandatory
• Deep understanding of Orderbooks, AMM, Mark/Index Price, and Funding Rates
• Ability to write clear, unambiguous BRDs and create complex business swimlane and state machine diagrams
• Fluent English for technical documentation and international collaboration
• Result-oriented mindset focused on user adoption and P&L growth
