Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L, revenue, profitability, and long-term health of the game
  • Set the long-term vision and roadmap for the title
  • Define the live-ops strategy, including events, content cadence, and monetization
  • Use data (retention, LTV, ARPDAU, cohort, funnel) to drive prioritization
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, QA, marketing, and analytics
  • Manage external platform partners and IP/developer partners
  • Collaborate across the Yodo1 portfolio to share playbooks

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in mobile game production, live-ops, or publishing
  • Direct experience owning or driving growth for a live, revenue-generating game
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong business and P&L mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for global, multi-timezone collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and result orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a long-lived or "legacy" title (5+ years in market)
  • Experience scaling a game past major user or engagement milestones
  • Availability for at least 4 hours overlap with 10 AM - 7 PM CET
