GCC Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
• Support client onboarding by assisting with Realspace SaaS platform setup and integration on-premise.
• Lead in-person training sessions for clients and sales teams to maximize platform utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively, ensuring seamless system installations (hardware and third-party integrations).
• Monitor trends in real estate marketing, SaaS platforms, and metaverse/Web3 to provide clients with insights and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including client services, IT, product, and sales to ensure client success.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to enhance client outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between clients and The Boundary’s product/support teams providing feedback for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing role with software, hardware, or tech solutions and on-site installations
• Technical aptitude: networking, Microsoft Windows environment, display/lighting systems integration
• IT and tech support knowledge: understanding of PC and display hardware and architecture
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem solver, keen to learn new skills
• Passion for technology and growth in a dynamic company
• Willingness to travel across the region for client needs and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak/understand Arabic (preferred but not essential)
