GenAI Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions for Conversational AI, LLM-based agents, and enterprise RAG platforms
• Evaluate and select optimal technology stacks including Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Vector Databases
• Guide and coach tech leads and engineering squads on AI architecture principles within a scaled agile model
• Develop comprehensive solution architecture documentation to support governance and regulatory compliance
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value propositions for internal stakeholders
• Lead rapid prototyping of emerging capabilities such as multimodal AI and agentic systems
• Mentor junior team members and support technical leadership as required

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology architecture with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML solution design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Software Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification
• Proven experience working within the banking or financial services sector
• Deep expertise in RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS
• Advanced knowledge of Azure and AWS ecosystems for AI/ML deployments and serverless architectures
• Strong understanding of microservices, API design patterns, and enterprise data products
• Commitment to ethical AI principles, explainability, and governance in regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate the evolution of agentic systems and their applicability to banking
• Skill in articulating the ROI of AI solutions to non-technical senior leadership
• Experience identifying architectural risks regarding data privacy and model performance
• Active engagement with the global AI community regarding trends like PEFT or RLHF
