RZR Global is an AI-driven company specializing in mobile advertising solutions designed to fuel revenue growth. We leverage AI to discover audiences in a privacy-first environment through trillions of contextual bidding signals and proprietary behavioral models.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end regional revenue performance across Sales and Customer Success in EMEA
- Deliver regional DRR targets and scale net new customer acquisition
- Lead a regional commercial organization including Sales and Customer Success teams
- Grow the EMEA business with a target of 2X year-over-year growth
- Scale net new revenue through disciplined pipeline generation and GTM execution
- Drive systematic share-of-wallet expansion and upsell into new products
- Successfully launch and scale new growth products like CTV and Influencer formats
- Partner with the CMO to design and execute regional marketing plans
- Hire and develop high-quality Sales and Customer Success talent
- Establish strong operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline inspection, and account planning
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales, Customer Success, or General Management
- Proven ownership of large, multi-country revenue targets
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling businesses in the EMEA region
- Existing network of senior customers and industry leaders across EMEA
- Prior experience in performance marketing DSP, mobile advertising, or adjacent ecosystems
- Track record of managing both net new acquisition and existing business expansion
- Experience hiring and scaling high-performing commercial teams
- Deep comfort with revenue operations and KPI-driven execution
- Executive-level customer relationship management skills
- Strong cross-functional experience with Product, Marketing, and RevOps
