General Manager - Upcoming Apps Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, operating performance, and financial results of the Incubation Apps portfolio
• Rapidly assess newly acquired apps, including product, users, revenue, and technology
• Drive revenue, engagement, and profitability through focused product and monetization strategies
• Establish rapid experimentation and feedback loops to prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Allocate resources based on performance and determine the appropriate path for each app (Grow, Graduate, Maintain, Reposition, or Consolidate)
• Coordinate priorities across Engineering, Product, User Acquisition, and Finance
• Champion an AI-Native operating approach to accelerate decision-making and execution

Requirements

• Strong understanding of consumer mobile apps and digital business models
• Experience with monetization, subscriptions, advertising, or user acquisition
• Experience integrating or scaling acquired businesses or products is highly desirable
• Hands-on operator capable of moving between strategy and execution
• Demonstrated ability to use AI effectively in day-to-day work
• Prior GM experience is helpful but not required
